Triggerly is a personal stock market alert service. We help users track stocks and get notified when specific price, volume, or technical conditions are met. We also provide AI-powered insights for triggered alerts.
Information we collect
- Email address — used for account authentication and communication.
- FCM token — used to deliver push notifications (if enabled).
- Telegram chat ID — used to send alerts via Telegram (if enabled).
- Alert preferences and history — the stocks you follow and your alert settings.
- Triggered alert data — when an alert fires, we store basic information (stock, alert type, trigger price, timestamp) to show your history and generate AI insights.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your account
- Evaluate and deliver your stock market alerts
- Generate AI insights when you open a triggered alert
- Send notifications via push and/or Telegram
- Improve the security and performance of our service
AI Insights
When you open the details of a triggered alert, we send basic information about that alert (stock symbol, company name, alert type, trigger price, and time) to Grok (xAI) to generate contextual insights. This data is sent only when you actively view the alert details. The generated insights are stored with your alert history for future access.
Data storage and security
Your account data is stored on secure servers. Authentication tokens on your device are stored using Android’s EncryptedSharedPreferences. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and follow industry-standard security practices.
Third-party services
We use the following services:
- MarketStack — for stock market data and quotes
- Grok (xAI) — for generating AI insights on triggered alerts
- Resend — for sending email verification codes
- Firebase (Google) — for push notifications
- Telegram — for optional Telegram alerts
How to delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time by visiting our Delete Account page, verifying your email, and confirming the deletion. Once deleted, your account, alerts, history, and all personal information are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Your rights
You can also stop receiving push notifications or Telegram alerts at any time through the Settings screen.
